Consultation.
It all begins with an idea to elevate guest experience. Increased guest satisfaction translates into higher ratings, increased bookings and greater revenue. Prior to our scheduled consultation we will ask that you provide us with photos and video of the property. You will also be asked to fill out our pre-consultation questionnaire. Before our scheduled consultation meeting we will look at what your property currently offers and evaluate the questionnaire. Through this process we begin to see how you can enhance the guest experience. At the consultation meeting we will share ideas and give you a clear idea of our proposed strategy. We ask the right questions to understand your goals and your budget. When you decide to work with Arrow, the $500 consultation fee will go towards the cost of the project plan.
Design it.
As soon as there is a signed contract in place, we will begin to formulate a detailed plan for your property. All of the properties that we work with will have equally high level amenities tailored to your individual site. Our goal is to create and supply you with a system for seamless guest turnover, impeccable cleaning procedures and inventory management. Your guests will feel comfortable, valued, and safe. Your site management team will know exactly what their jobs are and the level at which they are expected.
We aim to utilize local, sustainable products and highlight local artists and artisans in the decor of our projects. These curated elements ensure that your property has a unique local vibe without clutter.
